Frontend Systems
Building React and TypeScript frontends for complex SaaS products where large amounts of data, multiple user roles, and long-lived codebases are the norm. The goal is software that behaves predictably today and remains understandable a year from now.
Test Architecture & Automation
Designing automated tests around real user behavior rather than isolated components, so teams can trust releases and catch regressions before users do. The focus is confidence, not test volume.

Setting up delivery pipelines that remove manual steps and make failures visible early, allowing teams to ship changes frequently without turning releases into stressful times.

Working on shared frontend platforms where multiple products or brands evolve in parallel, using clear boundaries and shared contracts to reduce coordination overhead and accidental breakage.

Real-time platform · current
Senior frontend engineer at a US company building high-volume, real-time systems. Rebuilt how the team sees production: introduced error tracking so failures surface in engineering, not in customer complaints. Focus on performance under load and releases you can predict.
At my current company, a US firm running real-time systems at scale, production errors used to reach us the same way: a customer hit one, complained, and only then did we go looking. I changed the direction that news travels. I built out error tracking so we see failures as they happen, often before a single user notices. That is the kind of work I care about: the unglamorous plumbing that makes a product trustworthy. I do my best work on teams that treat reliability and correctness as the point, not as cleanup after the fact.
